Hi dear doves,
Happy full moon! What are you letting go of today? Or perhaps are you re-visiting a part of yourself you might have let go sometime before?
This summer I am leaning into embracing a simple life. Simplicity in all forms. I have put down the intention to leave all fuzz and embrace the simple life. To flow with the summer, inviting in deep rest, playfulness and new loves. I definitely often feel the need to do more, only to appear to be doing more. I however have left all that is non-authentic to me and signed up for the path towards expanded authenticity in every way.
I got reminded by a dear friend this weekend of my word, fearless. I’ve been a bit scared to go big and do what I really desire to do recently, but a core value of mine is to stand by what I say and show up in the way I have said I would. Taking fearless action for the past six months has brought me so much magic and so I am going to fully embrace my fearlessness for the next six months. A year of complete fearlessness. How’s it going with your intention for the year? Feel free to write to me!
This week I would like to share with you a more blog-y post. You will find images of a Swedish Midsommar which I celebrated with dear ones. I have then spent the most beautiful week with my best girlfriends who came on a visit from Iceland. It was the dreamiest way to ease into city life and get to know Gothenburg through their eyes. Karen, Auður and Kristjana have been my golden ones since childhood where we did gymnastics together for many years. Laughter always leads the way when we are together as well as deep unconditional love and support for each other. Friends who leave you energized and inspired are ones to truly treasure.
Before heading to the city we took the train up to Dalsland for a night where we celebrated Midsommar with some pretty ones. Below are some blissful moments I captured:

Creating our midsommarkransar (flower crowns) with flowers from the fields around
Our beautiful host Olof came with his shining aura to invite us to the dining table
The dining experience was taken out to the field where we shared blissful moments and delicious traditional Swedish foods together. Between bites ‘‘snaps visor’’ were sung which ends with a cheers and a sip of what one preferred in their glass. I sipped on a beautiful freshly squeezed apple juice from an apple farm nearby and an elderflower infusion made by my lovely friend My.

Radiant angel, My.
The first ones to wake up in the house the day after — Auður and Karen soaking in the morning rays on the roof.
Magical in every way, I feel so blessed and grateful for this memory and the pearls I have in my life.
Thank you for reading, write to you soon <3
Kisses,
